Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service delivery
All services are digital professional services delivered remotely by email, cloud collaboration tools, video call, and shared drives. There are no physical products, no shipping, and no returns of physical goods. Typical onboarding begins within 5 business days of a signed engagement and first payment. Ongoing monthly work is delivered throughout each service month.
Monthly retainers
Monthly retainer packages are billed in advance for the upcoming service month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@ikdigitalmarketing.net. The current month's fees are non-refundable once work has begun; work already scheduled for that month will be completed and delivered. No further invoices will be issued after the notice period ends.
One-time projects
One-time projects (setup packages, campaign builds, landing pages) are billed 50% at start and 50% on delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced because time and materials are reserved. If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any additional fees for work performed to date will be invoiced against the deposit, and any unused portion will be refunded within 14 days.
Advertising spend
Advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google, or other ad platforms are controlled by those platforms and cannot be refunded by us. Any refunds of ad spend are subject to the policies of the platform involved.
Requesting a refund or raising a concern
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ikdigitalmarketing.net so we can review and, where reasonable, correct the work at no extra cost. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve it within 14 days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved directly and quickly.
