Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any marketing services provided by Inderjeet Kaur ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services offered
We provide social media marketing services for family physicians and medical clinics, including social media setup and management, content creation, Meta advertising, website and landing-page copy, Google Business Profile support, and marketing strategy. Detailed service descriptions are available on our home page.
3. Engagement and payment
Services begin after both parties agree in writing (email is acceptable) to scope, deliverables, and fees. Unless otherwise agreed, monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each service month. One-time projects are billed 50% at project start and 50% on delivery. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Accepted payment methods and currency (Canadian dollars) will be stated on each invoice.
4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication, providing timely feedback and materials, and ensuring that any medical, clinical, or patient-facing content complies with applicable professional, privacy, advertising, and regulatory requirements (including CPSM and CMPA guidance where applicable). Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard hourly rate, quoted in advance.
6. Ownership and licensing
On full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use final delivered content for their clinic's marketing. We retain the right to display non-confidential final work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. No medical advice; no guarantee of results
We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Marketing and advertising results are not guaranteed and depend on many factors including budget, targeting, offer, competition, and platform policies. We do not guarantee patient volume, ad performance, or search rankings.
8. Cancellation
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services or this website is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
